Responsible Gaming — 6444db's Pledge
6444db believes gaming is for entertainment, not stress or harm. Use our responsible gaming tools and enjoy playing within healthy limits.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be fun and exciting, but it should always remain a form of entertainment. At 6444db, we put the wellbeing and safety of all our players first. Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming while staying aware of your budget, your time, and your state of mind.
We understand that for some people gaming can become a problem. That is why 6444db provides various tools and features to help you stay within limits and keep the experience enjoyable. From setting deposit limits to full self-exclusion — every step is in your hands.
Remember: gaming should never be thought of as a source of income. Always play with money you can afford to lose, and keep an entertainment mindset rather than expecting to win.
Our Protection Tools
6444db provides the following tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control. You can activate any of them at any time through our 24/7 live chat.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, a 24-hour delay applies, which helps prevent impulsive decisions.
Time Limits and Reminders
Set a time limit for each session. When the set time is reached, the system will send you a reminder. Tracking how long you play is the first step in responsible gaming.
Time-Out
Choose a time-out for a temporary break — from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or place bets, but you can still withdraw previous winnings.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. You can keep your account closed from 6 months to permanently. A cooling-off period applies before the account can be reopened after the exclusion period ends.
Gaming History Review
View your complete betting history and records of deposits and withdrawals at any time. Understanding your own gaming patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
If you feel concerned about your gaming, let our team know. 24/7 live chat support in Bengali is always available. Our team will help you with care and sensitivity.
How to Self-Exclude
Self-exclusion is an important decision, and 6444db has made the process simple and quick. Follow the steps below:
Contact Live Chat
Access our 24/7 live chat and request "self-exclusion". No lengthy explanation is needed — just make the request and that is enough.
Choose a Duration
6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent — choose the duration that suits you. Our team will complete the process without any questions.
Receive Confirmation
Once the exclusion is active, a confirmation message will be sent to your email. No promotional messages will be sent during this period either.
Withdraw Your Winnings
Even while your account is closed during the exclusion period, any previous pending winnings can always be withdrawn. Contact [email protected] for help with this.
